THE VISION
The Million Dollar Film Club is a movement invested in decentralizing film financing. In partnership with PROOF Film Festival, we're raising funds to create the feature-length version of the 2026 Grand Prize winning short film.
Unlike classic crowdfunding campaigns, MDFC gets contributors involved on the ground level by allowing them to donate a single dollar (or $5 or maybe even $15) and encouraging them to share the movement with a friend.

Whatever amount we raise will be used in full to create the feature-length version of the winning short film. Even if we don't reach the full $1 million goal, we're committed to turning the PROOF Grand Prize winner's proof-of-concept into a feature film with the total funds collected.

This includes all production costs like equipment, location permits, cast and crew payments, post-production, and marketing. We're democratizing film financing by taking a proven proof-of-concept and giving it the budget to become a complete feature film.
